Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to you.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery time refers to the transit time after your order has been dispatched. This can vary depending on your location.
Australia: 4–13 business days
🌍 International: 5–15 business days

Order Changes & Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or order cancellation.
If our system detects an issue with your address, we will contact you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we do not receive a response, we may cancel your order.
If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us at support@zorloc.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed after this time.
Delayed Delivery
We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including courier issues, weather conditions, customs delays, or high shipping volumes.
If your order is delayed, we will work with the courier to help resolve the issue and keep you updated where possible.
Please note that Zorloc.com is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our control.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@zorloc.com and we will assist you where possible. We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim.
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help resolve the situation. In some cases, a replacement may be offered depending on the circumstances.
