At Zorloc, we are committed to providing products that help reduce knee pain, stiffness, and discomfort so you can move more comfortably every day. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days, and within our 60-day money back guarantee, please contact us at support@zorloc.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may have already entered the processing phase and we may not be able to make changes.
If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in our products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits of Zorloc.
If you are still not satisfied, you may return your item after 14 days, within the 60-day guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To start a return, please contact our support team via our Contact Us page or email support@zorloc.com. To help us process your request faster, include your order number or the name and email address used to place the order.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping.
An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) is not considered damage if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@zorloc.com with a clear photo of the issue.
If approved, we will provide a replacement at no cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors outside of our control.
If you experience any delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we are unable to offer a resend or refund.
